Business Registration

Create a HellOOpass account and register the organization that will accept payments.

Your business or community organization must be registered and approved before you can accept HellOOpass payments.

Start via the HellOOpass signup flow or contact your HellOOpass account team.

What you need

Have the following ready:

A work email for verification and account notifications
Legal business name exactly as it appears on registration documents
Country of registration and business type (LLC, sole proprietorship, partnership, etc.)
Primary contact name and phone number
Tax or local registration numbers, where applicable

Steps

Four steps from signup to a registered business:

Create your account

Register the business entity

Provide the legal business information above — the entity is the merchant of record.

Submit profile and documents

Complete Business Profile and Documents.

Wait for approval

Respond to any information requests; credentials follow approval.

After approval

Project Creation — create the project that will use the API
Dashboard — collect API credentials and set up dashboard access
Settlement Account Setup — register your payout bank account

Approval comes before credentials

Live API keys are issued only for verified organizations. Sandbox access may be available earlier — ask your account team.

Create a merchant account via API

POST/api/dube/international/registermerchant.php

Creates a merchant account with shop, document, and device details under an approved project.
