Business information
- Company details — legal name, registration number, addresses, business type, industry
- Directors and owners — names, dates of birth, nationalities, ownership percentages (KYC/AML)
- Settlement bank account — business-name account preview; full setup in Settlement Account Setup
- Website or app — URL and a short description of your payment flow
Documents
Typically required (varies by jurisdiction and business type):
- Certificate of incorporation or registration
- Business license or permit, where applicable
- Ownership / shareholder register
- Director and owner identity documents
- Bank account confirmation
Submit clear, complete scans — expired or cropped documents are the top cause of delays.
Review
- Compliance reviewers assess your submission.
- You may be asked for more information via registered email or the dashboard.
- Approval gives you Dashboard access and API credentials.
- HellOOpass may re-request documents periodically or after material changes.
